Hustle vs Fury Brad
In the first inning Hustle score a quick 2 runs as lead off batter #21 Bayne walks and later
scores off of #7 Perry’s 2 RBI double in the right center gap. Hustle’s starting pitcher #5 J Brown
threw a great game as he went 4 innings giving up no runs and no hits. Fury found their first hit
of the game in the 5th inning with #33 Emery hitting a hard ball through the four hole. #11 Posey
also reached base with a single and Emery later scored on a pass ball making it a 2-1 ball
game. #22 Guy from Fury had a nice relief appearance as he got 2 quick outs to get his team
out of a jam. The final score of the ball game was Hustle 2, Fury 1.
Hustle vs AASA Elite
Hustle came out the gate hot with 4 runs in the first inning as they put together 4 hits. Mills
began the rally with a single and #12 Brumley drove in two runs with a triple off the left field wall.
Brumley finishes with 2 hits and 4 RBIs! #21 McHone and #5 Brown both had RBI singles
making it 4-0. Limited offense for AASA Elite as #6 Brooks notches their only hit with a single. A
great outing for Hustle’s starting pitcher #21 Bayne who pitched 4 innings with no runs and only
1 hit. The final score of the game was Hustle 10, AASA Elite 0.
Franklin Bombers vs Pro Hitting Prospects
No early action as the Pro Hitting Prospects score the first run of the game in the top of the 4th
inning. The Prospects reach base with a couple walks and a well placed grounder from #7
Lawson making it 1-0. The Prospects strike another run in the 5th inning from the EH #4 Bobo
who had a double down the right field line scoring the base runner from second. Offensively, the
Bombers got 1 run in the 6th inning. #28 L Maloney got the rally started with a single and #14 T
Stephens had a double following. The second baseman Perez drove the lone run with a single
through the 6 hole. The final score of the ball game was Pro Hitting Prospects 2, Franklin
Bombers 1.
AASA Elite vs Tri Star Crusaders
In the first inning AASA Elite gained some momentum with lead off batter #11 Richardson’s single followed by 2 hole hitter #42 Sarginger’s backside line drive. AASA’s #6 Richardson drove a solo run with a perfectly placed infield hit. AASA took advantage of some errors and tagged 4 runs in the first inning. The Tri Star Crusaders struck back with a run of their own in the 2nd inning from the help of #4 Dakota’s RBI line drive up the middle. The Crusaders put up another 2 runs in the next inning. The leadoff batter #19 Drew began with a single and #9 Carson drove him in with a single of his own. The final score of the ball game was AASA Elite 7, Tri Star Crusaders 3.
Chattanooga Generals vs Pro Hitting Prospects
The Pro Hitting Prospects jumped on the board early with 2 runs in the 1st inning. #10 Rymer had an RBI single scoring the first run. The Prospects took advantage of free bases and had #7 Lawson bring in the second run with a sac fly. The Generals offensive show out was #5 Eli Hixson who went 2-2 with 2 RBIs and a walk. The Pro Hitting Prospects place another 4 runs in the fourth inning from a huge double from #31 Haser scoring 2 runs. The Generals had a big 7th inning with 7 hits and 7 runs. #99 Noah Ferguson got the rally going with an RBI single. The final score of the game was The Generals 9, Pro Hitting Prospects 7.
Tri Star Crusaders vs RBI Hitmen
Slow offense from both teams as the first run of the game comes in the top of the fourth inning from the Tri Star Crusaders. #14 Randon drove in their run with a line drive. The Hitmen scored one of their own in the bottom half after working the bases and #21 Mar Mar stole home. The Crusaders score another two runs in the next two innings with the help of their three hole hitter #11 Evan had a single bringing a run. An exciting bottom of the 6th inning helped the Hitmen take the win. #7 Tre brought in the first of three runs with a sac fly and #99 Arod had an RBI single. #50 Trevor had the walk off ground ball giving the RBI Hitmen a 4-3 win over the Tri Star Crusaders
Birmingham Bruins vs Franklin Bombers
The Franklin Bombers jumped on the scoreboard quickly as they scored 4 runs in the top of the 1st inning. The leadoff batter #26 Perez hit a hard ball through the 6 hole for a hit! Perez finished the game 2-3 with two singles. #23 Wells for the Bombers drove in 2 runs with a huge double. The Bruins struck with 2 runs of their own in the 2nd inning. #34 McAdams started the rally with a single and was later scored off of #32 Morgan’s rbi single. A huge 5th inning for the Bruins helped push them past the Bombers. #1 Bourne had a triple that brough 2 runs taking the lead. The final score of the ball game was Birmingham Bruins 9, Franklin Bombers 5
RBI Hitmen vs Birmingham Bruins
The RBI Hitmen opened the game with a quick run from #21 Mar Mar who walked and later stole home in electric fashion! The Bruins took no time at all as they scored 2 in the bottom half of the inning taking the lead. #23 Knocks from the Bruins drove in a run with a line drive single. The Bruins got another run in the 3rd inning as their 3rd baseman Wammack had an RBI single of his own. In the top half of the 6th #99 Arod from the Hitmen tied the game up with a line drive single! The Bruins went on in the last inning to win the game on a wild pitch making it a 4-3 win over the Hitmen.
